Thank you for your interest in LCWS2024. The in-person registration fee covers attendance at all workshop sessions, coffee breaks, a reception on Monday and the conference dinner on Wednesday.
Early Registration fee of 55,000 JPY for postdocs, staff, faculty, industry;
Reduced fee of 30,000 JPY for undergraduate & graduate students.
Accompanying persons can be registered along with a regular/student registration with fee of 15,000 JPY to allow the reception and the conference dinner, without participating sessions.
Remote participation is possible with a reduced registration fee of 10,000 JPY. Please note that onsite participation is strongly recommended since the workshop is mostly designed for onsite communication.
The deadline for Early Registration is May 31 (extended). Registration fee will increase by 5,000 JPY afterwards.
The preferred payment method is through PayPal. Please pay using the checkout link that appears in the bottom of your registration page once completed.
Direct credit card payment with an invoice and bank transfer are alternative payment methods who cannot use PayPal account or need bank transfer from institutional bank account.
Please mark these requests appropriately at the registration form or inform us by e-mail.
Since alternative methods are handled manually, please use PayPal payment method if you are possible to reduce processing work.
