Description
Light dark-sector particles may be produced in electron and positron beam dumps at the International Linear Collider (ILC). We propose an experimental setup to search for such particles, the Beam-Dump eXperiment at the ILC (ILC-BDX). This talk provides an overview of future dark-sector searches at ILC-BDX, considering several benchmark scenarios, including axion-like particles and sub-GeV dark matter. In particular, we highlight the projected sensitivity and key features of ILC-BDX-type experiments.
