Recently, it appears that emails claiming to be from 'KEK User's Office' regarding hotel arrangements have been sent out. Please be aware that KEK or LOC do not provide any such service.
You can find hotels near Tsukuba station and Kenkyu-Gakuen station (the next station from Tsukuba Station).
Shuttle buses will be provided between Tsukuba St. and Kenkyu-Gakuen St. and KEK in the morning and evening during workshop.
