Students can receive following financial supports if they attend the workshop in person.
- Registration fee: JPY65,000 -> JPY10,000
- Accommodation fee (only in case of staying at KEK dormitory): maximum support JPY4,000/night
*Up to 30 students can receive this support.
How to receive support?
Please submit a CV and document ("a statement describing what you hope to learn by participating in the workshop") when you register.
Application deadline: 31/August
* If the number of student registrations exceeds the capacity we can support, these above documents will be used for the selection process.
* The LOC will inform you later whether support can be provided. Please make your payment only after receiving this notification.
Requirements for supported students
- Please present your poster or slides in the workshop.
- Please assist LOC work.
