Student (until 31/Aug) ¥10,000 NOTE: The submission of documents is required. See more details below.

Late registration (until 23/Oct) ¥70,000

Add 1 accompanying person + ¥15,000

Add 2 accompanying persons + ¥30,000

Add 3 accompanying persons + ¥45,000

The payment status on the indico page will be updated manually and will take up to three working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deadline for cancelling a paid registration is October 8, 2026, 23:59 JST. Before this deadline, the cancellation fee is 6% (credit card processing fee). After this deadline, the cancellation fee is 100%.
