From April/2026, anyone who visits KEK needs to register as a KEK user.
You can start KEK user registration from following page.

When you register please chose "# Choice of purpose of your visit" as followings.
Please input Takeshi DOHMAE (LOC chair) as a contact person at KEK.
Please complete your workshop registration before starting this procedure.
If you have previously registered as a KEK user, please log in to the KEK Portal and register LCWS2026 by following the steps below.

2. Identify the purpose of your visit to KEK/J-PARC
