Description
The International Large Detector (ILD) concept is being studied as a possible detector option for several future $e^+e^-$ Higgs factories. To assess the physics potential of ILD-like detector configurations at FCC-ee, the existing detector models and reconstruction chain are being adapted to the relevant FCC-ee beam conditions, event environment, and software framework. This contribution presents the recent progress of event reconstruction, with particular emphasis on charged-particle tracking. The performance of the adapted models is evaluated using tracking efficiency, fake-track rates and momentum resolution. The talk will also report the status of a Higgs-boson decay analysis in which the Higgs boson decays to invisible final states. This channel provides a sensitive probe of physics beyond the Standard Model and places demanding requirements on recoil reconstruction, flavour tagging, missing momentum, and control of detector-induced backgrounds. The analysis is being re-established with the adapted ILD@FCC-ee detector models, providing an integrated test of the reconstruction chain from simulated detector response to physics observables. Recent validation results, remaining challenges, and the prospects for improving the sensitivity of the Higgs-to-invisible measurement, including a comparison with ILD@ILC, will be discussed.
