Description
I will present our studies of linear collider e+e- collider recycling both the used particles and the beam energy. After each collision particles are decelerated and cooled in damping rings. Recycling collided particles and their energy opens path to very high luminosity O(1036) cm-2 sec-1. ReLiC will be able to collide highly polarized electrons and positrons. The main challenges of such concept are in computing low energy tail caused by beamstrahlung and limiting emittance blow-out during collisions. Beamstrahlung control requires colliding super-flat beams with size ratio exceeding 1,000. I will present progress with simulations of collision effects as function of the c.m. energy and discuss requirements for damping ring in such collider.
