- Dates:
- On-line registration opening. July 10th
- Early on-line registration deadline: September 23rd
- End of on-line registration: October 18th at 9:00 AM (CET)
- On-site registration will be available starting Sunday 22nd at 1:00 PM in the main Hall of the CIARUS Hostel (see practical informations to reach it) and lasts until 8 p.m.
- On-site registration at Convention Center starts on Monday 23rd at 8 a.m
- please send an email to the LOC (lcws2017-organisers@cern.ch) in case you plan for on-site registration
- Registration fees: Please notice that the following items are included in the registration fees:
- a lunch box from Monday to Thursday (Friday on request on site),
- the welcome reception at the Convention Center,
- the conference dinner at the University Aula,
- pass-TRAM ticket for the week.
