Since the workshop will coincide with a European Parliament Session (up to 3500 people concerned), a large amount of Hotel rooms will be booked at this occasion, you are therefore invited to book your own room as soon as possible.
The conference venue is located in close proximity to the city center (10-20 min by tram). Special rates have been negotiated for LCWS attendees in different hotels. These preferential rates are available from the 23rd to the 27th of October for the participants of LCWS Symposium. Please, note that you have to contact the hotel by yourself (through the links here enclosed or by phone) and specify your affiliation to LCWS Symposium. These rates may not be available on any other booking platform.
