Strasbourg Transportation Network

• Early on-site registration starts on Sunday October 22nd at 1 p.m. in the main Hall of the CIARUS Hostel (see access map) and lasts until 8 p.m.

  • Access to CIARUS:

    • Tramway B line, Place Broglie Station, then 7 minutes walk.
    • By car:
      • Coming from North (Metz/Paris), take the highway exit Strasbourg centre – Avenue des Vosges" then follow indications to "Ciarus". 
      • Coming from south (Colmar/Mulhouse), take the highway exit Wacken, direction "Avenue des Vosges"then follow indications to "Ciarus".
• Reaching the Convention Center (PMC):
  • From downtown/main train station, the easiest way is to use the tramway (20 minutes):
    • From Gare Centrale tramway Station, take C line (Direction Neuhof Rodolphe Reuss). Beware that A/D line will be temporarly not accessible at the Gare Centrale tramway Station.
    • Change at Homme de Fer station then take B line (direction Hoenheim gare)
    • Stop at Wacken station.
    • 5 minutes walk to the entrance of PMC (Schweitzer Entry)
  • by bike:
    • Velhop Strasbourg (bike rental).
  • by car:
    • car parking near PMC
• Reaching the conference dinner place (From PMC to University Aula)
  • From Wacken tramway station take line E (direction Campus d'Illkirch)
  • Stop at Gallia station
  • 5 minutes walk to the entrance of University Aula (Palais Universitaire).
