Additional discussion time10m
e.g. discussion of requirements for BeamCal FE. How many channels need to be read out fast for diagnostics purposes and which ones, ideally ? Is there any scope to limit the number of channels read out between trains by a threshold, without compromising the HE electron veto ? Are there cooling issues ? Veto needs from physics for other than HE electrons (e.g. muons, pions) requiring MIP detection ?
