Registration Modification
If you registered with an e-mail address associated with your indico account, you can modify your registration here or "Registration (step 1)" from the menu after login to the indico system.
If your registration is not associated with the indico account, we can provide an address to modify the registration. Please ask us at alcw2018@epp.phys.kyushu-u.ac.jp.
Registration Procedure
Registration needs two steps:
- Registration in Indico
Register here or "Registration (step 1)" from the menu.
Please inform your requirements on lunches/dinners and dietary constraints.
Do not forget to check for the visa application if you need a visa. - Payment in a separate system
After submitting the indico registration, please go to the payment page or Payment (step 2) from the menu. You need to register again to send necessary information to the travel agency who handles the payment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You can add accompanying persons, and can also book hotels from the travel agency in the payment page.
Registration Fee
- Early registration (up to 20th April): 36,000 JPY
- Regular registration (up to 18th May online): 40,000 JPY
- Accompanying person (dinner/reception): 12,000 JPY
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Master, Amex, Diners, JCB).
Cancellation is possible up to 20th April. We may charge some processing fee. Please ask the LOC for details.
Onsite registration is possible, but please register online if possible.
